I FINALLY FINISHED WRITING THE TUTORIALS!!!! I now have SO MUCH RESPECT for people that make these things. They take sooooooo much time to do!

I hope that people find these helpful and pick up at least 1 thing from it lol. I didn't stray too far from natural makeup since I really only have time to write about that. There are tutorials for more special effects/wilder makeup out there.

Anyways, here's all 5 parts of it! Pimp it out if you like! The more people who see it the better XD

Also thank you for the concerns from the last entry. In regards to the car, the tree company that hit me will be footing the bill and car rental fees. They have been very courteous to me and kept calling to check to see if everything was going well.

In terms of state board, still waiting to get my date to take the test D:. That is jsut taking too long.

Cosplaywise, PMX is coming up and I need to finish Sakubo!! I also have managed to get an entire group for Highschool of the Dead for ALA, and somewhere I gotta squeeze in Noblesse. Because I'm still dying to cosplay from it hurhur.

Working on a cosplay makeup tutorial right now since I got a pretty good response! I'll be focusing more on "natural" makeup since it's the most common type to do. I'll write some tips on how to do crossplay, too. Keep in mind this is for an Asian face so adjustments would have to be made!

I'll also do a separate one on how I color my eyebrows since I get asked that a lot. That tutorial IS NOT for people with super dark/course eyebrows. It is aimed towards people with fine - medium eyebrow hairs. Otherwise, you'll have to look elsewhere. I heard that using hairgel and a bit of acrylic paint works for thicker brows. (Although I'd replace the acrylic paint with a gel based eyeshadow.)

On Friday, I stopped by ~KuchikixRukia for her birthday! Within the first 15 minutes of arriving, a gardener had backed up into my parked car. I was just parked regularly on the side of the street in front of her house and the gardener did not see my car. I didn't even see it happen, but Jo's parents had seen it.

I came outside and saw that they had left a big ugly dent with yellow paint scrapes on the driver side on the panel directly above my front tire.

The driver had to stay because there were witnesses, he worked for a company, and he couldn't run. So we traded information where I called his supervisor who was pissed that he had to come down and file a report. It was 100% their fault so they get to pay for the damages.

About 20 minutes after the accident, the driver who had to leave and come back in his own car to fill out the report drove by me and the supervisor and friggin RAN OVER A POOR CAT. It was the neighbor's cat and I can't fully blame the driver because the cat just jumped out from the sidewalk and right in front of the car and there was no way to avoid being hit. But still, poor cat ;.;. The neighbor was not home so Jo and her friends had to pick up the cat and leave it in the yard of the neighbor. Still, I was like WTF YOU HIT A CAT!!!!!!

So I spent the entire time I was supposed to be having fun at the party dealing with insurance and the car accident. Soooo lame. I felt bad this had to happen at her birthday party. D:

So after that I had to leave to go to another party, which was AMAZING AND FUN and lots of drinking happened and I LOST MY IPOD TOUCH by the end of the night. Go meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

And then today I went to the OC Japan Fair but it was SO FRIGGIN HOT that we were only there a short time and ended up wandering around South Coast Plaza instead. Coming back to the fair, it was closing early even though it was supposed to end at 7. At least I saw friends!

So yes. My weekend.

Soo I'm weeks behind on replying to comments, and in the process of doing that now...why do I always fall so behind urrrggg

Tomorrow I'll be doing a cosplay photoshoot at the abandoned oil refinery in Ventura!! Suppper excited. I'll be doing Highschool of the Dead with 2 zombies (I get to do their zombie makeup lolol) while ~Shiya and ~Courto do Megamen cosplay and ~Vash-Fanatic will be doing Alice!

I plan to roll around in the dirt and fight zombies haha...and of course plenty of the fanservice shots, seeing as it IS HotD. lolol and yes, I know how attention whorish that sounds, but I gotta do my boyfriend's favorite anime series justice!!!

Thinking of selling my Vanille butt cape, would anyone buy it? Or even if I made the cape for people since the fur I get is available to me in Fashion district in LA (And is super nice/soft/good quality faux fur)

The weapon holster is real leather, too.

Edit: Annnnd I need to hold up on the making and selling part because first I need to check if the fur is still available to buy. Sometimes in fashion district, they'll only sell a certain fabric for 1 season out of the year. Let's hope it's available right now!

So I'm working on Rei Miyamoto's school uniform...and it is THE WORST SEWING JOB I HAVE EVER DONE. Seriously...it's so ugly...but I don't mind too much because I'm going to completely destroy it anyways? Hopefully the horrible construction won't show up in photos orz

I need to go pick up some ingredients to make some fake blood for my zombies. There's so many methods of doing it, but I'll do the corn syrup/food coloring/water/flour mixture!

It's celebrating Japanese Street Fashion, which I know a lot of you are into!

6%DOKIDOKI is doing a fashion show that I'll be modeling in! So come by and visit Saturday night if you have time!

Oh DA, I don't look at you for a day and I am suppppppppppppper behind!

So....I am still reading Noblesse and it is still getting better and better and better!!! It's like a drug, I seriously check like 5 times a day to see if someone translated the next chapter. (I'm on Chapter 126/151 chapters)

The character I'm cosplaying from Noblesse has an awesome GIANT SCYTHE. And I suckered some cute guy friends into cosplaying with me muahahaha. I feel like this series won't be done justice if most the males are crossplayed, they must be portrayed by hot guys. Which I found. SO EXCITE.

I'll also be cosplaying from HIGHSCHOOL OF THE DEAD as Rei, since it's my boyfriend's favorite series and he got me into it awhile back. My man will be Takashi, the main guy. Giant fake boobs here I come!! Because really, that series is all about BOUNCING TITTIES, DAT ASS, PANTY SHOTS and zombie killing. What more can anyone want?!?!

And in GOVERNMENT FAIL news, I applied to take state board to get my cosmetology license months ago and still have yet to recieve a date. So I had called to check on the status of my application and they said it was in process. Ok, good. Call again a few weeks later, and they said they had my info in the computer system, but

THEY LOST MY PAPERWORK

WHICH IS WHY I NEVER GOT A DATE. BECAUSE THEY LOST MY STUFF. How incompetant is that?!!?!? Soooooo I had to resend in my paperwork 9I faxed it to the agent I talked to) so she can sort it out.

So basically. I could have had my license by now. BUT NO. BECAUSE GOVERNMENT FAILS.

Also, *montyoum posted some hilarious photos back from comic con. [link] PENIS MINTS!! They were actually really strong and good mints. Just happened to be shaped like a dude's junk LOL. Look at my giant roots in the photos lol. SO UGLY.

I have been really busy the last couple weeks. On Tuesday ~Akusesu let me cut, color and style her hair. Thank you for always letting me play with your sexy self. ;D

And after cutting, coloring it black, teal, and violet, this was the result. (The colors are off in the photo, but it's teal green and violet.)



I cut it short on one side and longer on the other, like Amber. So the back is assymetrical and rounded flowing from the short side to the longer.

- Awesome fashion shoot with some amazing people where my friend assisted me with doing hair Thank you `zemotion for letting me play with you!

- Disneyland with the boyfriend's family (My nerd is showing)

Sakubo leggings where I sewed the indiviudal stripes because accurate tights do not exist and unfinished sleeves where once again, I had to sew more stripes. D:


A 3 foot long wing frame, though by now I actually have all 4 wing frames done but I didn't take a photo yet. Bending 14 gauge wire into small panels sucks lol.

Back in July I went to Labyrinth of Jareth Masquerade and never shared photos~
lent me her gorgeous sunflower fairy costume and wings! I decided to jazz it up by restyling her wig and decoing some thrift store shoes



I restyled the wig so that it was a lot more texturized and had more volume by teasing it. I added a braided fringe and let me tell you, braiding a fringe on a wig is HARD, so many short hairs fffffff!! Also being a fan of asymmetry, on one side I did 2 fatter braids and the other, 3 thinner braids. I wanted something cute but simple for the ball.



These were 5 dollar shoes from the Goodwill I redecorated with sunflowers! By the end of the night the sunflowers on the heels fell off orz

I also made a cute bracelet with an autumn themed bird! But here are some photos from that night~ As you can see I went a bit crazy with my makeup haha


Finishing up getting ready in the hotel with the lovely Ms. Narusegawa as the animal fairy! It was an explosion of costumes in there haha.

On Friday I went over to ~Akusesu's to style her hair as Paine for a photoshoot. I AM SO GLAD IT WORKED OUT. Basically it was style it all stiff and crazy night before -> sleep and let it settle/soften up -> Aku fine tunes and sprays it silver. She already had the perfect cut for Paine and all that needed to be cut was the top where it would get spiked and the sideburns.



I am so excited to start Warrior Rikku after seeing her in Paine hair and makeup - I haven't even see the full costume yet!!! lol.

I'll be in the room again today starting around 2 pm pacific time!! (We'll I'll be in the room now but I'm about to go out to eat and won't be back till then.
