i've noticed that you color your eyebrows too...what do you use? <-- amateur cosplayer

For eyebrows I put concealer then foundation over them to white them out. (Mine are black too) I then use a liner pencil of whatever color I need to make my brows and draw them on. I then take powder eyeshadow of the same color and apply it over the liner with an eyeliner brush!
